Jekoya is currently a made-to-order workshop without a retail showroom. Mumbai clients view materials and finishes via couriered samples or by site visit appointment. This model means we invest in craft rather than retail rent.

Yes. Our delivery team coordinates gate passes, lift bookings, service entry permissions, and timing slots directly with your building society. Share your society contact details when scheduling — we handle the paperwork.
Properly kiln-dried Burma teak is dimensionally stable across the monsoon. Joinery seals prevent moisture ingress. We avoid materials that warp — no MDF, no plywood doors, no veneer over unstable substrate. Annual re-oiling (we supply the kit) keeps the wood looking new for decades.
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from confirmed order. Once made and dispatched from the workshop, Mumbai delivery is 1–3 working days.
Yes — for commissions above five pieces or built-in projects (wardrobes, kitchens, large bedroom sets), we offer in-person site visits. Smaller pieces are typically briefed via WhatsApp with photos and dimensions.
