Chapter III — Customisation

Every sofa, configured to you.

No two homes are alike. We build sofas the way tailors build suits — to a brief, in your dimensions, with materials you choose.

Dimensions

Two, three, four, or five-seaters. L-shapes and modular sectionals. Bespoke widths in 10cm increments. We measure your space if you're in a metro.

Upholstery

Full-grain Italian leather in eighteen colours, or premium performance fabrics from Pierre Frey, Designers Guild, and Romo. Bring your own fabric — we'll quote it.

III.

Frame & Fill

Burma teak frame, kiln-dried for stability. Eight-way hand-tied springs. European-spec high-density foam with goose-down topper option. Built for ten years of daily use, minimum.

Chapter IV — The Process

From brief to living room.

Roughly six weeks from confirmed order to white-glove delivery. Here's how it unfolds.

Consultation

WhatsApp, video call, or showroom visit. We discuss dimensions, room photos, fabric direction. Often takes one conversation.

II.

Spec & Quote

Detailed quote with renders for custom dimensions. Fabric swatches couriered to your door. Sign-off before we cut a single piece of wood.

III.

Craft

Three to four weeks in the workshop. Frame, springs, foam, hand-stitched upholstery. Each sofa is built by one team, start to finish.

IV.

Delivery

White-glove installation in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. Other cities by project arrangement.

Can I customise the dimensions? +

Yes — every Jekoya sofa is made to order. Specify any width, depth, and seat height in 1cm increments. We'll advise if proportions risk affecting comfort or structure.

What's the lead time? +

Four to six weeks from confirmed order and fabric sign-off. Faster on simpler configurations; longer for highly custom builds or imported leather.

Do you deliver outside the listed cities? +

Yes. Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune are standard. Other cities — including international destinations — are arranged on a project basis. Share your location on WhatsApp for a delivery quote.

How much does a custom sofa cost? +

Pricing is on enquiry, calibrated to dimensions, materials, and complexity. Most custom 3-seaters fall in a premium tier reflecting solid wood frames, hand-tied springs, and full-grain leather or designer fabrics.

Is the leather genuine? +

Yes. We use full-grain Italian leather imported from Tuscany — the highest grade available, with the natural grain and patina that develops over years. Fabric options are equally premium: Pierre Frey, Designers Guild, Romo, and others.

Do you offer a warranty? +

Ten years on the frame structure. Five years on springs and foam retention. Two years on upholstery workmanship. Wear and tear from daily use is covered with reasonable use.
